THE 21st CENTURY OF SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP UNDER EDUCATION THAILAND 4.0 FRAMEWORK
Sustainable leadership aims to study and analyze the 21st century of sustainable leadership under education THAILAND 4.0 FRAMEWORK. Is qualitative study employed review of documentary, questionnaire both to the participatory action learning with the administrator of Primary and Secondary Education Area Offices. The participants were purposive sampling. Data analysis includes data reduction, data organization, data interpretation to conclusion. Sustainable leadership needs to focus on development, awareness of duty and responsibility, equality, moral and knowledge can be the integrated to achieve organizational goals, the good governance cultural and identity of the “key” six elements as; Professional leadership role, Leadership under change, Leadership skills 4.0 in the 21st Century, Development in the pace with change, Creativity and creative tension, and Hold true assessments.
