Welcome to the Southern Alberta Law Office! We are delighted to have the opportunity to provide legal services to you. Please review the following contract outlining the terms and conditions of our professional engagement.
Article 1 – Services Provided |

The Southern Alberta Law Office (hereinafter “SALO”) agrees to provide legal services to the client in accordance with the laws and regulations of the province of Alberta, Canada. The services to be provided will be outlined in a separate retainer agreement. |
Article 2 – Fees Payment |
The client agrees to pay SALO for all legal services provided in accordance with the retainer agreement. Fees will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate and are due and payable within 30 days of invoicing. |
Article 3 – Confidentiality |
SALO agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the rules of professional conduct and applicable law. Client information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client`s consent. |
Article 4 – Termination |
This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay SALO for all services rendered up to the date of termination. |
